The Bungalows at Oakhurst Village
The Bungalows at Oakhurst Village is one of our signature developments.
It showcases the essence of the Footprint Properties style, commitment to quality design construction, and it demonstrates how successful infill development can create a positive impact on the surrounding community.
The Bungalows at Oakhurst Village is a single family cluster home development that transformed a neglected parcel into new single family homes in Decatur’s well-regarded Oakhurst neighborhood, within walking distance of retail and dining, and most importantly, neighborhood schools – the highly-rated City Schools of Decatur.
New Townhome Project
The New Townhome Project will showcase the creative residential design and quality construction found in previous Footprint Properties developments tailored to this unique location on the northeast side of Decatur. Located just five miles from Downtown and Midtown Atlanta, it is within walking distance of downtown Decatur and the city’s largest park, Glenlake Park.
The New Townhome site is situated on a quiet residential street in a neighborhood of single-family homes
and will feature thirteen luxury residential townhomes built with interior and exterior finishes that are
influenced by the surrounding traditional style neighborhood homes.
In addition to the quality of the City Schools of Decatur, the small city feel and proximity to Downtown
Atlanta and the area’s major employers and educational institutions like the Centers for Disease Control
and Emory University, make Decatur a desirable residential community.
